Flat Bed Laser Cutting

Laser Profiles operates two Bystronic ‘Bystar’ 4kW flat bed laser cutting machines both coupled to a ‘Bystore’ automated materials handling system. This allows up to 30 tons of material to be automatically processed unmanned in ‘lights-out’ production.
This investment enables a highly efficient and cost effective laser cutting production process.
We provide our laser cutting service to all sectors of manufacturing industry, and process a wide range of materials.
Fume hoods are fitted to both machines enabling materials producing smoke or fumes to be processed in a safe manner.
Overhead cranes allow heavier sheets and large profiles to be safely and conveniently handled.
